Where to Get Care
To limit the spread of COVID‑19, we have made it easier for you to access urgent, emergency and primary care:
  • All Beaufort Memorial primary care practices now offer virtual visits through our telemedicine program, BMH Care Anywhere.
  • Beaufort Memorial Express Care and Occupational Health locations in Beaufort, Bluffton and Okatie remain open with some changes to how we see patients.
  • BMH Care Anywhere is still your go-to for easy access to urgent care after hours, on weekends, when your provider's office is closed and any other times care can't wait.
  • Our emergency room serves patients with life-threatening emergencies, and we have online check-in for patients with serious illnesses and injuries who can schedule time to see an emergency provider and wait from the comfort of home.
  • We have opened separate triage areas for patients with symptoms of COVID‑19.

Don't Delay Care!
Staying healthy means more than simply coming to see us when you are sick. You need a primary care provider who can answer questions and concerns related to your current and future health and recommend screenings to prevent chronic diseases. And, you need access to emergency care during a potentially life-threatening event, such as a heart attack.

Whether you need an important screening or are having serious chest pain, you should not delay care out of fear of exposure to COVID‑19. Our downloadable guide explains the measures we have in place to protect you, so you get the care you need, when and how you need it.
